Completing university education is thought by some to be the best way to get a good job. On the other hand, other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important.
Sample answer
People have different views about whether employees should focus on gaining some real life experience and soft skill or complete their higher education to get a decent job. I, however, believe that completing university is the most important for a successful career.
There are a number of reasons why some individual consider that completing university is essential for getting a good job. One possible reason is that a higher qualified degree helps a higher job. It is true that when you completed your graduation you will apply for any kind of job because a well- qualified career require higher education. If someone achieved higher study then it possible to get a good work anywhere in your future. So, it is impossible to find any job without completing higher education. Another reason is that in such a university provides different kinds of training system and arrange important courses where trainer trained employees. As a result, they gain some extra knowledge across the world, which helps to get a job. Because after completing higher education in a particular university they provide certificate. A certificate is the most important requirement for a company or workplace. Through this certificate employees are recognised world-wide which helps to achieve a decent job.
In addition to the reasons mentioned above, there are more contentions which helps people for getting an excellent job. Real life experience and soft skills are extremely important for getting a job. Because, when anyone wants to find a favorable job they need a specific skill or real life experience. If employees has numerous ideas about the work they cannot face any difficulties to find job anywhere. Some experience helps people to get promotion rapidly. Secondly, increasing capability is crucial to manage a business. Nowadays the people who are in a good affiliation they have different skills. Also people start their own business if they have several knowledge practically.
In conclusion, although the above motives play a vital role to find a good employment, from my perception higher education is more important for getting a good job. Without any academic knowledge it is not possible increase the future in proper way.
