It is clear that there are nine different stages in the process of manufacturing bricks which starts with digging clay and ends with delivering the final products.

At the beginning of the process, Clay is dug from the ground by a digger. Next, the clay is filtered through a metal grid and passed onto a roller where it is mixed with sand and water. the mixture then can be shaped in two ways, either a wire cutter is used or it is put into a mould.

At the following stage, the clay bricks are placed into a drying oven or one-two days. after that, the clay bricks are heated in a kiln at moderate temperature (200c-980c), then heated again at high temperature up to 1300c before sending them to a cooling chamber for two or three days. Finally, the resulting bricks are packaged and delivered by truck.
